Be still. Oh is that a hard thing to do today! Coming. Going. Sometimes I get lost! Then I have to re-find myself! Family, work, groceries, house and yard. Sometimes I stop in the middle of the room and ask the Lord, "Now, where am I headed?" Then He re-sets my path and it's "Oh ya!", and off we go! It's a wonder Abigail doesn't get whiplash watching me and the busyness! 

I believe that is precisely why God gave us these wise words in this awesome, powerfully dynamic, and riveting Psalm through the sons of Korah. Now there's a backstory of not being still and listening to God! The sons of Korah had an ancestor Korah that came out of Egypt with his family, under Moses, God's right hand man. Korah didn't listen and defied God about who was in charge around there! After being confronted, Korah was swallowed up when the earth opened up under he, his family, his men, and all they possessed.
